MYHoneyChild Products are shipped either by USPS or UPS. You can choose one. Rest assure that when your order is placed , it is shipped and you will receive your confirmation notice .Please make sure that you check your bulk mail because several shipping confirmations will go there. Unfortunately USPS and UPS shipping costs have increased in 2009. MYHoneyChild.com has no control of this. Please do not delete your shipping tracking information from UPS or STAMPS.COM. Please check your bulk mail before calling about the tracking for your package. Your email address has to be indicated when I ship your package, so your tracking information will be sent to you when your package is shipped. I have no control of knowing exacting where your package is once it has been shipped. The only information I have is more than likely what you see on the website.

SALON Pickup is only available if you are coming by the salon to pick up your order.  Please DO NOT select this option if you have no intentions of picking up your package. It slows down the shipping process of your order.

USPS Delivery Confirmation means that the package can be traced only when delivered. The information on the USPS site is very slow about updating the information. The information that you see on the site is all the information that i have also. I assume no responsibility for lost packages or damaged packages. If you live in an apartment complex this option may not be the best. Click on the USPS logo below to be directed to the  USPS website.  

USPS Signature Confirmation /Insurance means that your package has to be signed for when it is delivered. Once again the information on the site is all the information I have . This is the good deal with USPS because it protects you because you will have to sign for the package and if it is lost your order can be reshipped. If you fail to sign for the package, USPS will return the package to me, and you will have to pay for the order to be reshipped  again.  

UPS means that you can track your order and tell when it is going to be delivered. The website will tell you day by day where your package is.  Click on the map below to go to ups.com website.  

International Orders will be shipped by USPS. The cost may vary depending on the weight. I will contact you with extra charge information before the order is shipped. In order not to hold up your order in the memo section when you place your order indicate if you give me permission to add the extra charge . As always i will contact you with the amount or you will receive an email indicating the extra amount for your package to be shipped.

Military Orders willed be shipped by USPS . There are package size restrictions and may be additional charges for  larger and heavier items. If you place an order to an APO/FPO address that requires additional shipping and handling charges we will send you an e-mail for your approval of the shipping charges.
